Karson Kurtis
Gillette College Athletics is proud to announce Karson Kurtis, a defender on the men’s soccer team from Rock Springs, Wyoming, as the April 2024 Booster Club Athlete of the Month.
Kurtis embodies the true spirit of a student-athlete, excelling in academics, athletics, leadership, and community service. He has been a cornerstone of the Pronghorn men’s soccer program, starting in 12 games this season and providing steady maturity and levelheadedness both on and off the field. Known for his relentless work ethic, Kurtis consistently sets the standard at practices and in competition.

Volleyball/Women's Basketball
In volleyball, she played in all matches and scored 169 kills during the season, ranking fourth in total kills. She led the team in solo blocks with 19 and total blocks with 71. In basketball, she has been averaging 10 points per game, is the second-highest rebounder on the team, and leads the team in total defensive boards. She is second on the team in assist per game average with three and third in steals.
