Burlington High School Star Signs with Pronghorns

Gillette, WY – April 17, 2025 – Gillette College is excited to announce the signing of Kiyarra Williams, a standout basketball player from Burlington High School, to the Pronghorns women's basketball team. A versatile and skilled 5'11" forward, Williams has made a significant impact on her high school program, and her commitment to Gillette College is a major milestone for both Williams and the Pronghorns.

Kiyarra has consistently demonstrated her talent on the court, averaging an impressive 18 points and 14 rebounds per game during her high school career. With a GPA of 3.5, she exemplifies the balance of athletic skill and academic commitment. Williams has been recognized as a 1st Team All-State selection for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, 2025) and earned the title of Mile High Freshman of the Year, showcasing her talent from the very start of her high school career.

Beyond her accolades on the basketball court, Kiyarra has also made her mark in volleyball, achieving a remarkable 500 kills during her time at Burlington High School. Her dedication and competitive spirit shine through in both sports, and her leadership qualities are sure to be a tremendous asset to the Pronghorns.

Kiyarra holds the record as the all-time leading scorer and rebounder at Burlington High School, solidifying her legacy as one of the premier athletes in the school's history.
